to The Kambia Appeal website!
I hope this Website will give you some idea of
the work we have been doing with our colleagues in Sierra
Leone since 1992.
Our aim is to provide medical facilities for
the longterm in the Kambia District, especially by
improving maternal healthcare. The rebuilding of the new district hospital in
Kambia was completed in May 2004. In
addition to the provision of medical supplies for the
hospital, our work involves improvements to communication,
transportation and affordability of healthcare in the
Kambia district.
