Relevant experience

Mr Richard Kerr-Wilson FRCS (Ed), FRCOG

is a qualified obstetrician and gynaecologist who has experience of medical facilities in many developing countries. He has visited Kambia 7 times and operated each time. He has had training in the repair of vesico-vaginal fistulas.

Dr Sean Elyan MD, FRCP, FRCR

is a physician who has previously worked in Zimbabwe.

Paula Froggatt RGN,  F.P.Cert.

is a registered general nurse and and an experienced school nurse. She is also a specialist nurse in Family Planning, and Sexual Health and she has been involved in nurse training and family planning on previous visits to Kambia.

Lis Holmes BSc RGN HV

Lis is a trained nurse, midwife and health visitor. She has spent the vast majority of her career in the latter, working within a general practice in Cheltenham, visiting and advising families with pre-school children.

John Kloer FCA

is a retired Chartered Accountant. He has experience in Industry, Commerce and the Profession and was a Partner in a medium-sized firm of Chartered Accountants in London.

James Dowling

James' fundraising career began after university as a volunteer in the development departments of the National Portrait Gallery and the National Art Collections Fund. He then worked for English National Opera, the Barbican Centre, before moving to the London Symphony Orchestra as Development Manager.
