Leckhampton Clinch Cup

Leckhampton capped an excellent season when they won the Alec Buckland County Cup, beating Avon Athletic 1-0 after extra-time in the final C & G League They went through the season only losing one game and were league champions.  The league was then split into three groups of five and after that, they also won the plate. Next was the league cup final at Whaddon Road, where they took on Cirencester for the second year running and beat them 2-1 to lift the cup.

Leckhampton Under-12s held their Star Tournament at Seasons Sports Centre and raised £900 in aid of Kambia Hospital Appeal, Sierra Leone, West Africa.

They went through their group winning all five games without conceding a goal. They met Cirencester in the semi-final but lost 1-0.  The final between Cirencester and Bitton was interrupted by heavy rain. After speaking to both managers, it was decided to take penalties to decide the winners and Bitton came out on top.
