Make your donation go further……

Q. What is Gift Aid?
A. Gift Aid is tax relief on money donated to UK charities.

Q. What does it mean?
A. You can increase the value of your support to The Kambia Appeal, at no cost to yourself, by allowing us to claim the tax back on your donations.

Q. How do I do it?
A. If you are a UK taxpayer, simply ‘Gift Aid’ your donations and increase your support of The Kambia Appeal’s life saving work. For every £10 given, The Kambia Appeal can claim back an extra £2.50. In addition, the government adds an extra 3p per pound, making your £10 gift worth £12.80 to us. All you need to do is make sure you tick the box on our donate forms when you make your gift.

Q. Do I qualify?
A. To qualify for Gift Aid you must pay an amount of income tax or capital gains tax equal to the tax we reclaim on your donations, currently 28p for every £1 you give. Please let us know if your tax status changes.
